Upon execution of a purchase contract on the designated property; HRT Investments “The Mortgage Company” will issue a credit of up to 1.5% of the loan amount towards the buyer’s down payment or closing cost, whichever is of most benefit to the buyer.

HRT Investments Assistance: $15,000.00

TOTAL BUYER ASSISTANCE: (3.5%) $35,000.00
